Payment

We accept payment with all major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and Venmo. 

Shipping

All items are ready to ship - unless stated otherwise. We aim to dispatch your item(s) within 1-2 working days, however please do allow up to 5 working days for this. Items ordered after 11am on a friday, Saturday or before 5pm on Sunday we aim to post the following Monday. Items that state they are made to order will also state their turn around time in the description. If you are are in a hurry please do contact us and we can be more specific about when your particular item will be posted. If you have any queries about an existing order please do get in touch.

• All items are sent Royal Mail tracked. UK postage and packaging is free of charge.

Please note we are very happy to ship world wide, however all local taxes, import duties and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns and Refunds

If you or the person you are buying for are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days from receiving your item(s) to request an exchange or full refund. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Return postage is the buyers responsibility.

If there is a maker’s fault with your item we will be happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Alternatively we will be happy to repair the item for free. We can only offer this for 14 days after your receive your item. Please contact us at tarneyanddolan@gmail.com to discuss any returns of refunds.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
